So Tell me if anyone knows the answer, I am on a couple of dating sites.... Often the female shows the back of her head or she has her phone covering her face... What's the point...I Want to see what she looks like!! Or is is it so anyone can use her profile....

What does everyone else think?
Does 100% completed mean it's finished?
The signage on A14 at Woolpit says 100% completed.... Except the Eastbound carriageway is only 1 lane and also the laybys still aren't open
So maybe someone needs to explain to Highways England what 100% completed means..... It also doesn't mean we are going to shut the road every night from 8pm to 6am or 6pm as their announcement says until 21st June although they said it would be finished on 8th June.... According to the announcement they will be doing work into 2025.....so not quite 100%
