Step 1. Find the customer using "What Three Words" app. ✔

Step 2. Pull Audi out of the green field that was supposed to be the carpark for the air B&B accommodation. ✔

Step 3. Get the Audi down the very steep slope which resembled a ski jump lol back to the tarmac. ✔

Step 4. Advise the customer to jet wash the tyres and brakes before taking the vehicle onto the motorway or driving at speed. ✔

Unfortunately the wet weather we have experienced this weekend ment the disaster waiting to happen, happened.

Always walk the route you plan to drive when taking your vehicle off tarmac and plan your route out. A sports car on road tyres isn't designed to drive wet grassy slops.

Always be prepared for the weather, whether that be snow, ice, water or wind.

The young couple were very happy to be free so they could continue with the rest of their weekend away.

I think the owners of this air B&B may need to rethink their access to the property.
