We all know about hiring a coach to move a lot of people in one go, you may have heard of chartering an aircraft or helicopter, how about a super yacht? But did you know that chartering a train is also a possibility?
Here at Avocet Travel Management, we have had years of experience in the charter field. We have worked with football and rugby clubs, the Pharma, insurance and fashion industries. Train chartering can be complicated with the railway industry throwing jargon at you. Do you know (or even care) about the “ecs move”? Are you worried about “paths or stabling” ? Then we consider the engine. Most clients don’t care they just want to get from A to B. However, special events might benefit for a steam engine on the front to add that little bit of nostalgia (and excitement)
We cover ticketing and produce the relevant documentation. Remember those old cardboard tickets you used to get? We have produced these for clients.
Drivers, guards, chefs (yes we can even freshly prepare meals onboard in one of the kitchen cars), waiting staff and cleaning crews are all sorted behind the scenes.
Your guests may need accommodation, you may need a large meeting room at your destination or even a sightseeing tour. All of this is handled by us. One person in charge of your whole charter. This makes this rather complex event seamless and easy for you.
