Well, according to certain sources, Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause herself, tonight in Holyhead is known as MAD FRIDAY 19th December (The last Friday before Christmas) Rudolph might have told us on the lowdown as well 😉😂
We're open, with a full fleet of overnight drivers, and an open office on William Street, ready to drop you off and pick you up!
Our office is open 6am Friday until 3.30am (Saturday morning for walk ins) after 3.30am, our office will be closed and calls will connect directly to our drivers, who will be on the road until 4am+. Available on 761000 and 765000.
Please expect small wait times of around 15-20mins ongoing throughout the evening on instant calls, please pre-book where and when you can 🙏🏻 our operators will work hard to fit you in where and when they can. Pre-booking is heavily advised.
Cash is king ✨️ but we will have (2) two drivers working all night who accept card payments, requests for these drivers and card payments result in longer waiting times so please be aware and patient.
If you want to pay by card please make it aware at the time of your booking, otherwise our drivers will happily stop you at the nearest cash point during your journey.
Taxi's this afternoon and tonight won't be instant, but will be fast. So please don't expect our operators to get you a taxi on the spot. Average wait times walking into the office throughout the night will be 10-20 minutes based on demand, but we will get to you as soon as we can. Pre-booking is heavily advised where and when you can throughout the evening.

As always, due to a very busy unpredictable night, we'd ask you to have your taxi fare available pre booking, and to please, PLEASE let us know if you book a taxi and no longer need it, just to give us a ring and let us know so someone else can have your slot.
We really won't be angry or hold you accountable for cancelling, we know plans change, we'd rather you phone and let us know so someone else can take your slot.
Please don't take any offence to our operators asking if you have your fare readily available to pay, this is now sadly a sign of the times and common practice, and isn't personal. We're implementing this, without prejudice, to make sure we're getting to the right people at the right times, as soon as we can, without wasting time for both customers and drivers 🚕
If we ask you if you've got the means to pay its either a very simple 'Yes, I have', 'No, I need to stop as a cash point' or 'I want to pay by card' answer.
Please, if you've booked and won't be ready, just phone us and let us know 🩵 We don't bite 😂 We'd far prefer you to cancel and book you in later, rather than leave a car sat waiting for a 'no show'. It's just basic decency and common sense ✨️🚕
Otherwise, please have cash ready, or state that you want to pay by card when booking.

As always, our office on William Street will be open until 3.30am should you need a 'safe space' without prejudice or judgement. Just walk in. If you're concerned about yourself or someone else, our office on William Street is an open safe space until 3.30am, just walk in, straight up to the window/hatch and ask our operator if 'Angela' is available. Please walk in and . This service is available confidentiality without any prejudice to your circumstances.
After 3.30am once our office has closed, our drivers will be ready and aware of the 'Ask for Angela' initiative, so please, don't feel uncomfortable approaching any of our drivers after hours. Please approach them and 'Ask for Angela'. We work as a very strong, close, integrated team and our main aim is to get you home safe.
'Ask for Angela' is a national initiative and is something we're promoting and discussing throughout our taxi partners and other firms in Holyhead, and we're implementing this tonight with immediate effect.
