To all Mikes Taxi Services customers. I always try to be fair with my airport prices. I always do my best to provide a punctual and reliable service with competitive prices.

I haven’t put my prices up for a long time. But unfortunately due to Airport Drop off fees continually rising and fuel costs going up, my hand has been forced. Stansted Airport is about to put there drop off fees up to £10 just to drop someone off from March 2026.

Any customers that have already booked an Airport trip with me for this year I will honour the previous prices but going forward new bookings will be charged at the new price as below. 👇 All prices include drop off fee or parking

Stansted - £65
Luton - £70
London city Airport- £70
Southend Airport- £90
Heathrow- £90
Gatwick- £125

( these prices are for up to 4 passengers and from the Hoddesdon area. For more passengers and different areas the price maybe slightly higher )

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all Mike’s Taxi Services Customers. Thank you for all your custom this Year.

Mike’s Taxi Services will be closed the following dates : the 25th, 26th and 31st December and the 1st of January.

If you do need a taxi over the Xmas period like always I would recommend booking in advance if possible.

I will be away for a short break from Monday the 8th of September back to work on Tuesday 16th of September.

I do have another driver covering some of my work while I’m away so feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help. I will still be able to give quotes for journeys and take bookings for journeys outside of these dates on 07765248317.

To all family,friends and customers I just want to let you all know I am still having problems with my mobile service.

I am having issues with text messaging and also my voicemail. If you try and call me while I am on the phone it may just sound like I’m hanging up or the voicemail may not kick in.

If you’re having no joy contacting me please WhatsApp me because that seems to be working ok at the moment.

I may have to get a new phone, new provider and possibly a new phone number. But for the moment this is my situation.

Sorry about this I will try and resolve these issues as soon as I am able to.

Just to let all family, friends and customers know that recently I’ve had a lot of issues with my mobile and service.

It’s a long story but most of the issues are fixed now except I can no longer text back android phones anymore.

And so if you have an android phone and want to get in touch with me it’s better to WhatsApp me or call me. I will continue to try and fix this issue but I’m having no luck at the moment.

Just to remind everyone that we do Weddings 💒 as well. We have recently received bookings for another wedding car for a bride and groom this year. We are able to attach ribbons to the vehicle as well.
