🛠️ Role Overview
Your main responsibility will be the collection and delivery of customer MOT and hire trailers.
You’ll operate your own dedicated vehicle, and additional tasks that may include:
• Low loader work
• Delivering and collecting vehicles
📅 Working Hours
• 50 Hr week - Monday to Friday: typically bettween 6am & 6pm
• Occasional overtime, which may include weekends & nights out.
💷 Salary & Benefits
• £39,000 – £41,600 per year + overtime, depending on experience.
• 28 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays
• Training and development opportunities
• Supportive and friendly team environment
• Overtime opportunities which may include weekends and nights out
• Work-based pension scheme

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• A team player with a professional and flexible attitude
• A reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious driver.
• A professional & self-motivated individual
• Experience with low loaders preferred but not essential

🚛HGV MOT TEST LANE ASSISTANT REQUIRED🚛

We are looking for a HGV MOT lane assistant to join our team on our test lanes.
This job requires you to direct customers to their test, present trailers and vehicles for MOT, brake test vehicles and trailers.
Load and unload trailers with our test weights using a forklift.
All training is offered onsite.
It is a fast pace environment so good time management is required.

⏱️- Full time
⏱️Mon-Fri 6:30am -5:00pm
-Class 1 license an advantage but not essential
-minimum 2 years shunter experience
-forklift license is preferred but not essential
- Able to work as a team in a busy environment

John Brindley Commercials, a well-established and respected name in the commercial vehicle industry, is looking for a dedicated HGV Class 1 Low Loader Driver to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Operating your own dedicated vehicle
Delivering and collecting trucks and commercial vehicles across various UK locations
Working with low loaders and performing trailer swaps
Interacting with a long-standing customer base and representing the business professionally
