****We are hiring****

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration assistant to join our team at GR Autocare Ltd. The main duties of the role will include:

Meeting and greeting customer's
Answering phone calls
Managing bookings
Assisting with estimates and invoicing
Ordering and management of parts
Liasing with the workshop team
Keeping the office area clean and tidy

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.

We are looking for someone with either experience in the motor trade or who is eager to learn. An interest and some understanding of cars would be beneficial. You must be enthusiastic, a team player who is motivated and most importantly have a good sense of humour!

We are open Monday to Friday, working hours can be discussed but we don't work weekends!

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
