Ever wonder just how safe the coach you've booked actually is , we get a lot of enquiries telling us we're too expensive and that sownjen can do it much cheaper than we can - you have to ask yourself just how legal are the cheaper company , how safe are the here company and what checks do they actually do on there vehicles.

At Temporal Travel and Clarkes Coaches have a rigurous safety regime that we stick to at all times , all our coaches are safety inspected at a minimum of 6 weekly intervals ay our facility by our amazing maintenance team , as well as safety inspections all our vehicles routinely have the braking systems checked using our in house roller brake tester . The equipment we have in our workshop enables us to ensure that when you book our coaches or even our cars they have been recently inspected and safety is priority .

About the Role: We are looking for experienced and professional PSV Drivers to join our growing team at Temporal Travel, a family-run business based in Greenock, close to Glasgow Airport.

Our work is varied and includes inbound tourism, school transport, European and ski tours, private hire, rail replacement services, and corporate travel. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy a diverse and rewarding role.

Applicants must be over 25 years of age, have a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience, and possess good geographical knowledge. A maximum of 6 penalty points is permitted, and all applicants must be able to obtain a PVG Disclosure.

A smart appearance and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Carry out daily walkaround vehicle checks before each duty

Ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times

Work both independently and as part of a team

Deliver a high standard of customer service to all passengers

Requirements :

Valid PSV licence and CPC qualification

Minimum 2 years’ relevant driving experience

Good understanding of digital tachograph systems

Knowledge of and compliance with DVSA drivers’ hours regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sitting side by side for the first time are 2 of our new neoplan Tourliners - both of these have 55 seats and are equipped with WiFi , power inverters & usb's to every seat . Like most of our new vehicles these come equipped with wheelchair access .
