Well everyone two day to go until Thrapston Charter Fair with the car show. It’s going to be a fantastic day with some great weather with hopefully classic cars, hot rods, super cars etc. Uk Street & Strip
A final call and instructions for you all.

Arrive 11.00-11.30am (if you do arrive earlier please park in Thrapston house car park and wait) entering Huntingdon road from the top roundabout on the A605 where we will meet you , look for hi viz jackets.
Those who want to stay all day and a chance to win the trophy “Patrons choice. STAR OF THE SHOW” will be herringbone parked at the bottom of the road starting out side the Masons arms pub. Facing towards the town, those who wish to go when they want will be facing up the road from Thrapston house and in the car park.

Well this is the trophy up for grabs to the lucky winner voted by the patrons of the Thrapston Charter Fair on the 29th June 2024.
We have super cars, Hot Rods, race cars, and classics, hopefully a great line up.
Those who want to stay for the day and a chance to win the trophy will
Be placed at the bottom of Huntingdon road facing towards the centre and those who wish to ” and come and go” will be a little further up the road facing up the road.
Those who want to stay we ask to arrive between 11.30 and 12.00 latest, to guarantee them a place.
please come down Huntingdon road To meet me and park up. There will be loads of food establishments and refreshments. Entrance is free and an afternoon of fun, fair and meeting like minded petrol heads Will be order of the day.

Well after 20years of successfully providing wedding transport to Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and beyond and over 3000 weddings it is now time to hand over the reigns to the new owner who will carry on the wonderful Bridal Carriages of Northamptonshire.
Malcolm Webb is your guy all his details are on the website.

May we wish Rachael Pick and Jason Mackey all the very best wishes for the future. They were married at St Thomas Beckett church Tugby on the 16th December 2023.
Our 1963 Rolls Royce silver Cloud was booked by Jason as a surprise to collect Rachael her mother and bridesmaids from home to church then onto the Falcon hotel in Uppingham for their reception.
They say the sun shines on the righteous and it certainly did, a beautiful winters day filled with sunshine and joy.

Our warmest wishes go to Lesley Ives and Mark Toulon who were married on the 23rd November 2023 at St. Mary’s church Burton Latimer.
Our Daimler Landulette provided the transport for Mark and his best man then the beautiful bridesmaids from the amazing Rushton hall to the church and after the ceremony back to Rushton. What a fantastic day filled with laughter, sunshine and joy.

Our Daimler state Landulette provided the transport to bring Raelene’s party and her guide dog from Rutland Hall then after the ceremony then new Mr & Mrs back to Rutland hall.

Our 1955 Rolls Royce silver Wraith transported Harriet and her Father a few minutes behind the bridesmaids party in our Daimler limousine to Saint Andrew’s church North Kilworth.

Our love and best wishes go to Lauren Roberts and Francis McGowan on their marriage at our lady’s of the sacred heart church Wellingborough on 7th October 2023 . Everybody enjoyed the sunshine, with our 1955 Rolls Royce silver Wraith transporting the bridesmaids and mum first and then Lauren and her dad from home to church.
After the ceremony Lauren and Francis were whisked off to the beautiful woodlands at Holthorpe hall Leicestershire.

Rockingham castle was a fantastic venue for the the marriage of Victoria Angel and Michael Sutherland on Thursday 5th October 2023, with damn near perfect weather our 1955 Rolls Royce silver Wraith transported the bridesmaids and Mum first then Vicki and her very proud father from the Holiday inn Corby. With a trip around the grounds of the castle with a bottle of bubbly to gather their thoughts .

After 19 years together Sandy Austin and Roger Agnew were married at Mitchell Hall Cranfield on 30th September 2023.
Roger booked our Daimler Landulette as a surprise to collect Sandy’s party from home in Milton Keynes then after the ceremony a trip out with the roof down and a bottle of bubbly to enjoy.

It’s not very often we do a 3 car wedding but what a sight and what a day for Olivia Hunt and Richard Merrett who were married at All saints church Earls Barton on the 23rd September 2023.
Our 1950 Jaguar Mk5 collected Richard and his party from home in Roade to church.
Our 1963 Rolls Royce silver Cloud and 1955 Rolls Royce silver Wraith bought the bridesmaids and Olivia’s party from home to church.
Would you believe it workmen we’re digging up the road right outside the church, but they were very thoughtful, moved some of the equipment and downed tools for the service.
Afterwards we had a convoy to the ever popular Dodford Manor for the reception to commence.
Love and laughter happy ever after.
