I had a phone call from a lovely lady who had unfortunately broken down on quite a busy round about.
From phone call to arrival time I was with her in 15 minutes, she knew where I was and how far I was as live location was shared with her while the car was being loaded onto the truck she sat in the warm truck where it was safe.
Car was loaded and taken to her garage of choice.
I had offered to drop her home but as she lived local to the garage she's was fine. . She was happy with the service.

Last minute call from customer at 5pm they needed a car picking up from Reading and bring back to Bilston, A 254 mile trip. After customer confirming someone would be with the car once collected I managed to set off by 6pm (dash time wrong)
Customer notified when at every milestone of the journey and on time.
Was happy with service.

Was passing this person who has broken down on a busy dual carriageway in the over taking lane. Lady had a 1 year old with her and distraught.
Offered to get her off the road to a safe place for free due to the danger the baby was in.
AA was on their way and turned up once car was loaded. Refused to transport car to a garage as they had attended customer earlier that day to get car started and was recovered day before. Alternator packed up. Customer was greatful to be taken to her usual vehicle repair and happy with their service.
