Essential requirements:
•Must have NVQ Level 2 (or higher) or at least 6 months experience in a UK care setting
• Must be able to provide two verified references from current/past employers
• Must possess (or be willing to complete) a DBS Clearance Check
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Be flexible regarding work location and shift patterns
• Must exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a passion for the role of providing people with the care, respect and dignity they deserve
• Must be caring, sensitive, conscientious and compassionate
• Must be fully committed and reliable
