We are a family-run transport business based in Glasgow and are looking to recruit a General Office Administrator Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team.
This role is ideal for someone who is keen, reliable, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transport environment.
You will work across both the administrative and transport offices, so flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential. Transport can be busy, so the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure is a must.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Computer literate
• Sage experience essential
• General office and administrative duties
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and diverse approach to work
• Able to hit the ground running
