🇵🇱Pracowaliśmy nad tym projektem prawie dwa lata. Dziś możemy w końcu pokazać efekt.

Przedstawiamy nowy system od GP Platforms umożliwiający legalny transport koparki o masie do 8 ton na zabudowie 3,5 t DMC na kategorię B.

Sekret rozwiązania to autorski układ aktywnego odciążenia osi GP AirSupport™. Pod platformą zabudowy zastosowaliśmy zespół turbin kierunkowych generujących kontrolowany strumień powietrza, który redukuje rzeczywisty nacisk zestawu na nawierzchnię oraz osie pojazdu podczas transportu.

System działa automatycznie w trakcie jazdy i dostosowuje siłę odciążenia w zależności od aktualnego obciążenia platformy.

Dzięki temu rozwiązaniu możliwe jest zachowanie parametrów dopuszczalnych nacisków osi przy jednoczesnym transporcie ciężkiego sprzętu budowlanego.

Pierwsze testy drogowe zakończyły się pełnym sukcesem. Trwa procedura przygotowania do wdrożenia seryjnego.

🇬🇧 We’ve been working on this project for almost two years. Today, we can finally show the result.

We’re presenting a new system from GP Platforms that allows the legal transport of an excavator weighing up to 8 tons on a 3.5-ton GVW vehicle with a category B license.

The secret behind this solution is our proprietary GP AirSupport™ active axle lift system. Under the chassis platform, we’ve installed a set of directional turbines that generate a controlled airflow, reducing the actual load on the vehicle’s axles and the road surface during transport.

The system works automatically while driving and adjusts the lifting force depending on the current load on the platform.

Thanks to this solution, it’s possible to maintain legal axle load limits while transporting heavy construction equipment.

The first road tests were a complete success. Preparations for serial production are now underway.
