Customers have a choice of vehicles, including:

🚗 Standard Saloon Car - Our standard saloon car is perfect for small groups of up to 3 passengers who are travelling light. It can accommodate 2 full-size suitcases or 4 pieces of hand luggage. This vehicle is ideal for short journeys to and from the airport, or for business travellers who need to get to their destination quickly. It will be a VW/Skoda Saloon or equivalent.

🚙 Standard Estate Car - Our standard estate car is perfect for small groups of up to 4 passengers who are travelling with luggage. It can accommodate 4 full-size suitcases or 3 pieces of full-size luggage and hand luggage. This vehicle is ideal for families or groups of friends who are travelling together and need a little more space for their luggage. Generally, this will be a VW Passat or Ford Mondeo or equivalent.

🚐 MPV - Our MPV is perfect for larger groups of up to 6 passengers who are travelling light or for groups of 4 passengers with luggage. It can accommodate hand luggage only or up to 4 full-size suitcases. This vehicle is ideal for families or groups of friends who are travelling together and need a little more space than a standard saloon car or estate car. This will generally be a Ford Galaxy or similar.

🚐 Minibus - Our minibus is perfect for larger groups of up to 8 passengers who are travelling with luggage. It can accommodate up to 8 full-size suitcases and 8 pieces of hand luggage. This vehicle is ideal for large families or groups of friends who are travelling together and need more space for their luggage. Generally, this will be a Ford Tourneo or Vauxhall Vivaro Minibus.

🏎️ Executive - Our executive vehicles are perfect for those who want a little more luxury when travelling to and from the airport. They are suitable for up to 3 passengers with 3 full-size suitcases. This vehicle is ideal for business travellers or those who want to travel in style. This will normally be a Mercedes E class, BMW 5 series or Mercedes/VW executive specification Minibus depending on availability.

🐾 Pet Friendly - Vehicles that are suitable for those travelling with pets.

🚐 V Class People Carriers - Perfect for larger groups of up to 7 passengers with luggage.

At GLA our full buisness is surrounded by airplanes and aircrafts so we thought some of our customers would like to hear the history about how the amazing inventions where created

in 1799 a man called George Cayley set foward the modern Concept or an aircraft as a fixed-wing flying machine with separate systems for lift, propulsion, and control.

George Cayley was building aswell as flying models of fixed winged aircrafts and succsessfully managed to build a passenger carrying aircrafts in 1803 just 4 years after his first invention.

Now when it comes to the wright brothers they made the first successful airplane in 1903.

On December 17, 1903, Wilbur and Orville Wright made four brief flights at Kitty Hawk with their first powered aircraft. The Wright brothers had invented the first successful airplane.

On Jan. 1, 1914, the world's first scheduled passenger airline service took off from St. Petersburg, FL and landed at its destination in Tampa, FL, about 17 miles (27 kilometers) away. The St. Petersburg-Tampa Airboat Line was a short-lived endeavor — only four months — but it paved the way for today's daily transcontinental flights.
