Something has shifted in group travel, and I think the industry is still catching up.

Luxury used to be the upgrade. The thing you offered premium clients when the budget allowed it. Today, this is what people expect, and that expectation doesn't change whether the booking is for a group or an individual.

Think about it. The same person who books a business class seat for a solo trip does not suddenly lower their standards when they are travelling with fifteen colleagues or a golf touring party.
