Busy week last week.
Moving a bike collection from Hythe to Halifax, there were some very interesting bikes there!
Then numerous stops before Cornwall and Cardiff on Saturday!
What awaits me next week is still being planned!

Cyclists asked for secure parking at railway stations so they could combine cycling with rail travel.

The government's new transport strategy responded by mandating Great British Railways to provide it.

Riders asked for exactly the same thing — motorcycle parking at railway stations to combine riding with rail travel.

The strategy doesn't mention it. Not once.

Same consultation.
Same type of ask.
Same logic.
Completely different outcome.

That's the Integrated National Transport Strategy for motorcycling. Six passing mentions in 92 pages. No commitments. No funding. No change.

We've analysed every reference to motorcycling in the strategy and compared it to what riders actually asked for — using nothing but the government's own published words.
