Our on water activities have now finished for 2026 🥲
We are running various land based courses throughout the winter, from RYA First Aid to the online training courses, such as Safe & Fun (safeguarding course).
Our office is now closed, but it will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 1030am and 230pm. Our website is open 24/7, and we will answer phone calls and emails as quickly as possible. Email us on [email protected] and our phone number is 07852 404306.

The calm before the next few stormy days... Please be careful if you are planning a visit to beaches or harbours over the next few days. Very high winds are forecast which makes being near water dangerous (not to mention sand in your eyes!).
Findhorn Watersports & Water Taxi will not be running any sailing activities or the water taxi as of now and until March 2027.
Stay warm, stay safe over the coming days 🙏

We're sorry to say the water taxi will not be running this weekend.
If you're booked on to one of our courses, we've already been in touch with you directly, so please check your email or phone.
If you were planning to visit Findhorn Watersports this weekend, please call or email us before you set off so we can let you know what's available and save you a wasted trip.
This was our last weekend of on water activities, but with the forecast winds, it is not safe to take people on the water.
Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you on the water in 2027! 🌊

We will keep you up to speed on what may be possible in terms of sailing coursesnans the water taxi, but for those thinking of heading to the water this weekend on a paddleboard or similar, please make sure you are up to speed with the forecast .

The last few days have been idyllic in Findhorn, with conditions allowing our clients to get out to sail in the Moray Firth. These pictures show why we are so against the introduction of the Moray Firth FLOW-Park. This development will change this area massively, as well as affecting the wildlife.
We support green energy but putting the bases of floating wind turbines off Findhorn Beach will industrialise a beautiful area.

The end of the summer season 2026 is rapidly approaching....
A reminder that if you want to get out on the water taxi, or try sailing or powerboating, you don't have long! Our last day of on water activity is Sunday 25th October. After this date we will be running land based courses only until March 2027.
