Our team is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for an experienced Export Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Ensure compliance with all export regulations and requirements.
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to export documentation and shipments.
Maintain organised records of all export transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient export procedures and practices.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in export documentation and customs clearance.
Proficient in the use of export-related software and systems.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and document preparation.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in international trade or logistics preferred
Experience with specific software systems (e.g., Multifreight,Destin8, CNS and Microsoft Applications).
Knowledge of various modes of transportation (air, sea, and road).

Working within our Accounts department as part of a busy and vibrant Freight Forwarding company, the candidate will be liaising with our operations team internally and will communicate with suppliers via email and telephone.

Duties to include but not limited to;
- Processing purchases invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Arranging CHAPS Payments

Some experience is desired but not essential as in-house training will be given for the suitable candidate.

Competitive salary based on experience.

Preferred working hours but open to discussion:
3 days per week / 9am - 5pm
