CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER - EYE, SUFFOLK
Job tasks & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
• Oversee and manage Customer Service team
• Consider annual leave requests to ensure correct level of cover
• Conduct annual appraisals & performance reviews
• Provide cover for administration staff when absent, duties including:
o Pallet-Track message board
o Booking work
o Processing invoices & credits
o Issuing credit requests
o Checking incoming invoices
o Scanning
o PODs
• Control warehouse management system for dedicated warehouse contract
• Organise & arrange full load distribution for dedicated warehouse contract
• Weekly invoicing for warehouse management system
• Coordinate annual / seasonal contract (July-September)
• Order stationery as required
• Liaise & assist our Traffic department
• Assist with invoice checks
• Liaise with our Accounts department
• Assist with general office duties
The Administration Manager will work from our offices located in Eye, Suffolk Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. 25 days of paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year pro rata.
