We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Service Executive to join our award-winning international shipping and logistics company based on the outskirts of Exeter in Cheriton Bishop (just off the A30).

The successful candidate will manage incoming customer service calls and emails alongside speaking to carriers in order to resolve our customers’ shipping issues.

Key requirements include having proven customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner, being IT competent and having a 'can do' attitude.

InXpress South West is Hiring!

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in our offices in Cheriton Bishop (just off the A30) on the outskirts of Exeter.

Up to £14 per hour, depending on experience plus free on-site parking.

Ideally this is a full-time role - 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays - but we can be flexible and will consider part-time hours to suit individual needs.

We're looking for the best. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service to our large customer base.

What you’ll be doing:
This is a new role reporting directly to the General Manager and responsibilities will include:
• Identify industry trends, new markets and growth areas in order to target new prospects and really understand potential new customers’ needs

• Work with other members of the team to help align offerings with the needs of customers
