On our Airport transfers we also offer the child seat option
For a small fee you can bring you child car seat/s and our drivers bring them back and store them in the office and put them back in the car for your return journey home

This was a post from July 2022 about our airports being £27.
We don’t like doing price increases but since this the pick up and drop off charge has been increased to over £6 and fuel has gone up as well as all other price increases for insirance e.t.c
From 1st June our price for Airport runs will be £34
Thank you for your support as always we know price increases are never popular but we have kept it low for as long as possible

Hi everyone
We have had to take the difficult decision to sell swan minicabs
We have struggled since the pandemic and many other factors Uber, out of town drivers and it being easier and cheaper to get cars plated in other areas.
Also other companies charging more and having rolling meters so because we decided to not go down that route and keep cheaper fares we couldn’t get drivers to come over to us as they were earning less
We never wanted to overcharge or go down the rolling meter route (in hindsight we should have done this but we were a family company who valued our customers and wanted to offer a competitive charging structure )
We have sold to Lynch they are a local company and will be keeping staff and our drivers in Eccles centre so I’m sure they would appreciate your support they have a lot of extra cars and will be able to offer a better service.
They will be using the same name but under the umbrella of Lynch so if your order a cab you may get a lynch car
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all customer who have stood by us and helped us stay open.
It has been the hardest decision I have had to make I loved this company our staff and drivers

Temporary lights near Barton bridge causing chaos we can’t get cars to people in surrounding areas please allow extra time

We now have more cars at weekends (yes it’s been a while 🙄) so if you have been unable to use us at weekends due to lack of cars on we have hopefully sorted that now 👍

The lights are currently being put up for the road works on Eccles old rd and the junction of Halfedge lane.
It’s chaos already !
If you are wanting to be picked up from the hospital try and make your way to Accident and Emergency or Day surgery entrance (old A&E)we can pull up to the door and collect you from there.
We will also be trying to drop at that entrance as well
One of our drivers has just been stuck for 15 minutes before he got to the normal queue at the hospital entrance and that was another 15 mins

Majority of flights from T1 & T2 cancelled or very delayed
T3 ok
