Are electric cars better for the environment?

In short, yes. Right across the world, we’ve finally realised that carbon emissions are harming our planet. Fully electric vehicles are zero-emission and their batteries can be charged using renewable energy

Still, Electric vehicles alone won’t completely solve air pollution issues.

We did, so we have!

I’ve got two kids. I’ve been watching them grow up for over 10 years, through loads of adventures.
The past 11 months have been probably stranger for them than for me. They’ve had to get used to all the restrictions, like school being closed, no more hanging out with friends and birthday parties banned. It’s not what I would have wished for them.
Except for one thing. In that first lockdown, there was a change in the air within days. The sky looked bluer. There were more butterflies. With the roads empty, pollution levels fell off a cliff. My kids were breathing cleaner air.
This really made me think.
I run a transport company. If I don’t want to be part of the problem, I have to be part of the solution.
So on February 15 we officially became carbon-neutral. Additionally, later in February we also achieved ISO 9001/14001 status.
We’re offsetting 22,357kg of CO2 by helping Rwandan villagers swap their wood-burning fires with energy-efficient stoves – cutting down on pollution and helping to safeguard ancient rainforest.
So when you use our express services, you’re doing your bit for the environment, too.
