**Please read ALL message**
From Monday 24th I will no longer be running St Margarets Village Cars. The taxi service will continue but under the ownership of Kiran, using same number.
We got through the bad months but life wasn't finished kicking me. Dee's taxi packed up end of November and mine is playing up now and won't pass MOT. I refuse to buy what would be a 7th car in 4 & half years, it's not sustainable. So this a farewell week from me. All bookings will be carried over by Kiran.
It's been a pleasure providing the taxi service since August 2020. We met some awesome people along our journey and your support has been amazing. I've listened to your jokes, your stories and your words of wisdom and advice and will never forget them, and you've all listened to me moaning and being pessimistic lol.
I've been a nightmare to be around the last 6 months as I battled adversity to keep the taxi running and to those I've pushed away I am forever sorry. I do feel a weight has been lifted and the stress eased, although i haven't a clue what I do next.
I wish Kiran all the best for the future running the taxi and hopefully everyone supports him as much as they have me. Also hoping for a busy year ahead for him. Earning a living taxiing and running vehicles isn't easy so please use Kiran 1st before other companies if possible. If he's able to book you in I'm sure he will.
I don't think Kiran has Facebook so this page possibly won't be used or messages via Facebook responded to, so I advise everyone to either text or WhatsApp bookings. And as I've said before, messaging via Facebook is so unreliable anyway.
Starting the taxi up was the only thing I've ever achieved in my life and I'm hugely proud of what we done. Without you all it wouldn't have been possible. So just a final thank you to every customer who used us.
