I had the pleasure of showing this wonderful family around our beautiful country.
Meet the Gallagers from Boston, Kathy, Paul, Mary-Kate and Jack.
Having travelled to Ireland numerous times, this was their first visit to the north, and it's safe to say they were blown away by the beauty and hospitality.
After arriving in Dublin they visited Belfast. After visiting the Titanic museum and taking a history and cultural tour of the city they even had time to attend the Kingfishr concert in the SSE Arena, after last minute tickets were sourced.
Following the Causeway coastal route we visited The Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, and of course Bushmills Distillery for a tour, amongst many other stops along the route. I think it's safe to say they enjoyed the whiskey experience, with Irish ancestory of course they did.π
After a nights entertainment in Derry, Peader's nearly ran out of Guiness, it was time to show them around our beautiful city.
We walked the walls, visited museums and heritage sights and visited the craft village, Derry's hidden gem. They really enjoyed our city and vowed to return, hopefully in better weather π§
Next up was Donegal Town and then on to Galway for a family wedding.
