One thing about this job is that when it goes wrong, it really does go wrong.
My 8:00pm Newcastle return for Riri & Quddus ended up arriving over two hours late, and to top things off, my 1:30am pickup turned into a 3:00am job. But that's all part and parcel of the business. We track flights, adjust where needed, and get the job done.
For some companies, this would be a big deal. I'd even say some larger firms might have cancelled. Not us. We stay professional and see it through. After all, you as the customer are just as much at the mercy of delays as we are, and the last thing you need is even more stress. That's why we take that stress on ourselves and deliver the service you expect.
Anyway, enough rambling. It's 4:00am and I need to be back up at 7:00am.
