AHP Contracts Limited was established 12 years ago, The company was originally founded by Garry Forster, an experienced Class 1 driver who recognised a niche in the market. The Niche was supplying high quality temporary driving personnel, with a hands on personal approach to recruitment, coupled with having the skills and experience to not only complete the job in hand to a high standard, but bein
g able to identify driver weaknesses and retraining needs, if required. Our approach to recruitment differs as we take full job specifications on any role which we undertake and where possible, a member of the team in the office will actually work a day in the role so that we have first-hand knowledge of the job. Since our inauguration, The size of our operation has significantly grown, which resulted in us opening 2 new offices in 2015, Leicester and Northampton, this has given us much greater presence in the Midlands market and assisted in attracting skilled staff which compliment our clients specific business requirements. We weekly work with in excess of 30 Midlands based client’s, placing in over 150 staff daily. We are currently increasing our team and plan to increase the head count in our Leicester office by the beginning of March by an additional two full time members of staff, within our team each member has a specific job role which are detailed below, we believe that giving ownership ensures continuity and an overall higher level of customer service and satisfaction. We offer a full and comprehensive 24 hour service and all of our phones are accessible at all times. We strive to excel in all we do and are confident that our customer service levels demonstrate our capabilities on a daily basis.
