Do you need to change the time on your booking?

- Simply cancel your original booking and rebook with the new time, if you’ve used your card to book then your get an instant refund (pre auth will be cancelled).

We are now taking bookings on a first come first serve basis by phone call only, this will prevent us being overbooked and help us get to you on time, we still ask that you leave plenty of time to get to your destination.

We’ve currently suspended any further bookings on our app until we know the state of the roads, if you currently have a booking with us then we will prioritise these before taking any further bookings.

We have taken the decision to close tonight at 11 pm, we will reassess the situation at 8 am in the morning and are not currently taking bookings before 10 am, sorry for any inconvenience but we need to think about the safety of our drivers vehicles and passengers.
