Exorna & Gerni NI are excited to participate in this year's Portrush Raft Race on Saturday, 25th May. Pictured is Andy Oliver, Director of the Oliver Exorna Group, one of the crew members.

“We are delighted to be one of the sponsors involved in this year's Raft Race Weekend. This will be our second year sponsoring this local event and my eighth year taking part. Every year, we build an overly big and comical raft. This year, we have decided to highlight our company's recent investment in a 450KW solar panel installation. This initiative helps power our showrooms and workshops, reducing our carbon footprint, which is crucial in today's world as climate change is a serious issue affecting everyone globally."

"Our next step is to submit an application to export any power we aren't using, which is mostly on weekends. This not only provides us with some financial return on our £450k investment but also makes good sense to put zero-emission power back into the electrical grid."
