🚨 Recovery driver required 🚨

Here at Norman E Webb Transport Services Ltd based in Chippenham Wiltshire we require a recovery driver to join the team the role will involve recovering vehicles from vans, buses and all trucks. You will be required to go on a “on call rota” & asked to drive different recovery trucks when required. The role can be demanding and long hours at times so the position would suit someone willing to do overtime when not planned.

For the position you will need:

- Class 1 license
- CPC & Tacho card
- Experience in recovery

The position:

- Based on a 40hr week Monday-Friday
- On call rota including alternative weekends
- Overtime paid at time and half
- Call out fee paid
- Standby allowance paid
- Van supplied
- Wage is negotiable depending on experience

Due to retirement we are advertising for a bookkeeper, we are looking for an all-rounder who has bookkeeping experience to come in and take control of the finance function primarily but to also help out within the office day to day responsibilities. This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8.00am to 17.00. Some of the key responsibilities would involve…

- Allocating payments
- Chasing payments
- Emailing statements
- Statements reconciliation
- Emailing remittances
- Bacs payment runs
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliation
- Journals- wages/ depreciation/ cash book
