Vehicles must be modern and no more than 5 years old and drivers expected to work the busy evening shifts.

HATFIELD PEVEREL CARS..

Good morning All.

Just though it worthwhile mentioning that we are unfortunately having to run a limited service at the moment on our local taxi service due to myself being unable to drive for about 12 weeks following an emergency operation and another of our drivers being on limited hours due to extended paternity leave.
With this in mind, we have had to cease running a Sunday service for the next few weeks.

We are still trying to operate and cover as much as possible across both our brands including our long distance service Wenway Executive Travel but sometimes it isnt possible to cover every job request that comes into the office.

We would ask that customers be understanding over the next few whilst we get back to our fully staffed operation and advise pre booking especially during our busy periods.

Please do not be abusive to our staff on the phones as has happened recently if you are calling last minute, it isn’t there fault that we cant assist if we are already fully booked. Unfortunately some customers have been blocked due to the nature of their language.

Our local service has become very popular very quickly and we may need to look into bringing in additional owner drivers in the future but still be mindful that doing this doesn’t afffect the quality of the service we offer.

Good morning all.

Unfortunately our good nature and trust seems to have been taken advantage of over recent weeks as we are receiving lots of VERY late cancellations and No Shows for pre bookings made after 9pm. Many of these from people we have already taken out during the early part of the evening.

Unfortunately although we know plans can change, not calling to cancel has huge repurcussions for us as when a driver drives off patch we can not take bookings for that driver until he returns to the area, this has a knock on effect to those customers wanting to book a taxi last minute. The driver also loses out on money as well as wasted fuel.

Therefore, we have had to introduce pre payments on ALL pre-bookings taken after 9pm. NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled within 24hrs of the booking.
This was introduced last weekend and proved an immediate success as we received not a single cancellation or No show with all customers understanding of our predicament.

Pre payment can be made at the time of booking with either a valid credit or debit card. We appreciate your support with this new policy change.

Hello !! We are Back

Following what seemed like an eternity from when the hacker took over our FB page and locked us out we have managed to get the FB gods to shine down on us and delete the original page.
