Check your straps regularly. No excuse for cuts or rips in the straps. Under harsh braking or avoiding an accident this load wouldn't stay where it is very long. LEGALLY, If the blue tags are missing, weathered and can't be read they are good for the bin, even if they are brand new. No label = bin.

This is a hot-spot for load shed incidents. With anything triple stacked, it needs the second stack secured separate to the top stack. Three/two on the middle and two around the top. What do you think?

Another lost load. All be it likely loaded incorrectly but our straps would have certainly helped mitigate this issue.
