A very excited family eagerly awaiting the delivery of their first pony.

Nestled behind their lovely new family home is a beautiful paddock and stables all ready for Mable to join them.
The excitement on their little faces was magical.
Mabel is a very lucky pony she’s going to be loved very much.

This super little chap Prince joins the team at RDA Stratford upon Avon.
He was rescued some time ago and has had a lot of time spent on him to get him to where he is now.
He loaded and travelled beautifully.
He’s going to be a super new addition to their lovely team of horses.

This is lovely Jackpot who I transported up to Nightingale Farm a couple of years ago when he was a baby.
He’s had a wonderful life living out with his herd for a couple of years Lindsey and Bev do a fantastic job with them getting them handled and ready to start their journeys.
Last night I travelled up to bring him back down to go to big boys school.
He now joins Nia and Zack at The Link Equestrian for the next part of his journey.
He’s now ready to start the backing process and will remain with them until he’s ready to finally go home to his mum Julie who has patiently been waiting for him to get to this stage.
He’s going to make a beautiful young horse 💜💜

We are delighted to announce that Warwickshire Horse Transport has officially upgraded from a Type 1 Authorisation to a Type 2 Authorisation licence.

For us, this is another important step in continuing to provide the highest possible standards of horse transport, welfare, professionalism and compliance for our customers and their horses.

So what does this mean?

A Type 2 licence is a higher level of transport authorisation required for longer journeys and involves stricter regulations, inspections and welfare requirements. It demonstrates an even greater commitment to:

Holding a Type 2 Authorisation gives customers additional peace of mind that they are using a fully compliant, professional transporter who takes horse welfare seriously at every stage of the journey.

It’s a full on bank holiday in the heat and another rescue for PRP Rescue Services.
Sadly this gorgeous chap didn’t quite make it to his competition due to the lorry deciding it didn’t want to go any further 🙈
He was such a good boy and transferred onto my box on a busy island exit with no problem at all.
All safely delivered back home.

Great to team up with my pal Mick on an Equine Rescue Services job on the M6 last night.
After an extremely long and very hot day competing, three ponies found themselves needing a little extra help getting safely home after their lorry broke down.
Teamwork really does make the dream work 👏

Situations like this are also such an important reminder of why having proper equine rescue cover in place is absolutely invaluable.
Breakdowns and unexpected situations can happen to anyone, especially after long journeys and busy competition days, and having the right support available can make all the difference for both horses and owners.
Rescue all went really smoothly thanks to everyone involved.
