Another fantastic review from our prom this week.

“We hired for an end of primary school leaving prom. Absolutely brilliant service. Everything was very quick and easy to book, any queries were answered very quickly and a confirmation email sent before the phone call ended. We needed to change the time of the booking last minute that wasn’t a problem. The driver checked all details with us while on a rest break on route one last time to ensure a smooth collection and drop off for the kids. The driver was great with the kids, looked after them fantastically while letting them be a bit more grown up and taking control of the music in the bus. He checked the parents were ok with it first then let them use the proper champagne glasses for the fizzy grape juice instead of plastic ones, which came in a bottle that looked like champagne. Every detail was checked with the parents first which was great, then the driver just took over and did the rest and ensured our kids had the best time ever.

When it came to the drop off one or two of the boys had slightly over done the “champagne” 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ And all needed the toilet so wanted to get dropped off a few mins early. The driver called us to check this was ok and to see if someone would be there for them as he wasnt happy to let so many excited kids off his bus and just leave them. He waited with them and made them stay on the bus until we arrived.

Would highly recommend platinum Limo hire and will definitely use again.
