Chan came to move my naughty boy, and was so helpful, patient and calm for the 3 hours it took to try! When we had given up hope of travel on the day, she sat and waiting for over half an hour to let me just practice and end on a positive note with my horse, allowing for a much more positive experience the next time! Can highly, highly recommend the service, with beneficial advice, support for the emotional breakdowns and picking me up of the ground (literally)!
