🚕🏡COPPER CARS – MORE THAN JUST YOUR LOCAL TAXI COMPANY!🏡🚕
We’ve worked hard to bring you one of the most reliable taxi services in the area, but now we’re taking things one step further…..👀
COPPER CARS IS VENTURING INTO AFFORDABLE LIVING!🏡💙
When we first started Copper Cars, we always said one thing, we’ll always do our best to give something back and support the community wherever we can🙏🏽💙
And that’s exactly what we intend to keep doing!🫡
So here’s our latest little adventure…..😅
As you can see from the photos, this property was in a really bad condition😔 I honestly don’t think the photos even do it justice. It’s certainly been an adventure with a few headaches along the way!😅
But rather than letting another property sit empty and go to waste, we decided to bring it back to life and turn it into a decent, affordable home for someone🏡
And the best bit?👀
The property had its very first viewing yesterday and is already going out to rent!🙌
From the day we got the keys this place has had the LOT!
⚡️ Full electrical rewire
🔥 Brand-new boiler and complete heating system, including every radiator & pipes
🧱 Plastering throughout
🪟 All new double glazed Windows
🚰 Plumbing and drainage work
🏡 New fencing and a full refurbishment to bring the property back to life!
And one thing I’m especially proud of is that we’ve used local tradesmen to get the job done!💪
I want to give a MASSIVE thank you to the lads who have worked their backsides off, fitting us in at ridiculously short notice to get this property ready!🙇🏽♂️
👏 Cs Plastering – Brilliant work getting the walls back to how they should be!
⚡️ Glen at GPS Electrical – 07510 069991 – Full rewire and an absolutely cracking job!
🔥 Chris wright – Plumbing & Heating – Brand-new boiler, radiators and heating system. Thank you for fitting us in!
🚰 Dan the Drain Man Power Clean – For getting all the outside drains cleared and sorted!
🏡 NEpaving and Resin Driveways For the top-quality fencing, again at very short notice!
🚕 Driver Chris Newton for stripping the place (While I was on holiday🙈)🫡
🪟 Ryan at Wighams Windows Cheers for everything you did when you turned up, really appreciated!
🔨 Graham at LJM Joinery for all the joinery work thank you
Every single one of these lads deserves a 5⭐️ review!
They turn up when they say they’re going to turn up, do what they say they’re going to do and get the job DONE! Something that’s becoming harder and harder to find these days!🫡
I genuinely can’t thank you all enough🫡
And this is only the beginning…..👀🏡
We want to build something alongside Copper Cars that helps provide decent, affordable rental homes for local people, while continuing to put work back into the pockets of local trades🤙🏽
We’re not property developers with millions in the bank. We’re just a local business trying to grow, try something different and hopefully make a positive difference along the way with affordable living🤞
You lot have supported Copper Cars from day one, we’ll never forget that💙
From getting people from A to B to hopefully helping put roofs over people’s heads who would’ve thought it?🚕🏡
COPPER CARS – BUILT BY THE COMMUNITY, BACKING THE COMMUNITY!💙
And trust me, after this one, I think I need a holiday!🤣🍻
