Hastie Cars Limited was established in November 1995, starting out with a fleet of just nine Taxis. Over the next four years, as the customer demand increased, our fleet size rose to over fifty Taxis. At this time it was felt that the company would benefit from further expansion within other areas in Blantyre and South Lanarkshire, and it was in April 1999 that we purchased Kelvin Kabs. Kelvin Kab
s remains the trading name of our East Kilbride taxi office and since purchasing the company nine years ago, Hastie Cars Blantyre has grown dramatically, boasting well over 250 vehicles. Our two offices employ 32 members of staff and we pride ourselves in being the largest and most reliable taxi and private hire company in South Lanarkshire.
