The Transporter still sounds like theres a drummer under the bonnet!!
What you didn't know about yesterday was the Amarok Deadlocking itself...while Lee and Angus were in the Services!
Some quick thinking and approximately 5 minutes of Lee hanging off the roof, and he was in!!
And today...well, i had to take a second look at my car, but my first look was right enough!😩
The display sign at the Garage decided it needed a lie down...on my car...and OF COURSE....it took the paint and window with it 😢😢

What on earth is going on?!!

Currently-Hibernation is looking to be the best option 🤣🤣

Given the last couple of days on the road-its safe to say Lee's glad to be back!

Heading South-the A9 closed following the Lorry fire.
Heading North-the A9 closed due to an RTC.

And the smallest of stops, detours or diversions hits hard when so tight on Drivers Hours. However, he made it in the door with TWO minutes to spare 🙈

The Cortina and the Kubota both delivered However, today's booking was affected. With some quick changes, tomorrow's booking has been collected this evening and the collection that should have taken place with the Enclosed...well, that will be moved tomorrow.

AND THIS ONE...ITS ONE NOT TO MISS 😍😍

With Wallace resting up today, and Angus off to work, Cooper enjoyed a play date with Brie, and Angus's brother, Milo.

There something very satisfying seeing them all have so much fun 🩵❤️

With the number of accidents and issues on the road, we hope all involved will be OK 🙏

Another devastating morning on the A9 guys!!

Serious RTC at Pitlochry.
A9 closed in both directions.
Emergency Services on scene-Air Ambulance in attendance.

Appears will be closed for some time as a number of vehicles involved.

The road closures are unfortunately having an impact as you would imagine.
We are in the process of contacting those who may be affected with updates where possible.

Emergency services just arrived on scene but not under control, spreading quickly
Surroundings alight and road will be closed for some time.

Unsure if casualties ot not due to extent of explosion/flames

Today...the Enclosed is out on the road, and my word....its got something rather lovely on board. And what a day to be roaming the Highlands ☺️

For so many in the Business, times are very trying, securing work can be very difficult so it can be a case of living/working day by day.

That in itself can bring worry and stress-and the Fuel prices are mainly to blame. It's not JUST fuel-it impacts every aspect of running a business that is constantly on the road.

For ourselves, of course this has been a concern however, having been able to absorb some of the price hikes has made a difference.
The biggest thing though?

Around 75% of our booking of late have been from our own repeat and regular customers 😀
For this-we are always exceptionally grateful 🙏

YOU guys keep HTTS alive and kicking so for that, we are forever thankful 🩵❤️

Yesterday and today covers Thurso area, Inverness, and The Central Belt *with 3 bookings so here's a couple to share with you and several more to come!

BUT, the Transporter Truck brings us sad news 😢
Run the engine and you would swear the Police are banging on a door!
It's not good news...but we're not going to dwell on that just now 🤣

It may have been a 9pm dinner following delivery....but the Sirloin was a must!!

The Mazda RX7-no stranger to us as we recollected from down South.
The owner has put in an incredible amount of time into it, with several tweaks and adjustments, to make sure it's 100%.

Every time we have the Mazda onboard, it attracts alot of attention....but it's no wonder 😍

Here's hoping it's exactly as the customer wants and he can enjoy it coming into the Summer months 👌

For now-we are way up North to deliver to one of our most regular customers.
All go as usual but can you guess who else enjoyed some steak dinner last night??!.

That's how you get 3 spaniels snoring all night 😅😅

And finally, The Old Bedford Truck 🩵
It was lovely to bump into Mac @ Loch Ness Honey Company .... how lovely is the truck 🚚
