We have recently had a new phone system installed.

When you call us, you may now hear a message saying:

“Please wait while you are connected to an agent.”

This is completely normal. The phone will no longer ring in the usual way before being answered.

Please do not hang up if you hear this message, as your call is still in our queue and will be answered as soon as possible.

We are posting this notice because yesterday we received a number of messages from customers who believed our phones were not working after hearing this new message.
