RJK Logistics are looking for a full time Transport / Compliance administrator to undertake all compliance responsibilities of the business and provide administrative support in other areas when needed.
The role will report into the Transport & Operations Manager.
Hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30 mins break
Role will involve
Answering the phone and liaising directly with drivers and suppliers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Assisting with the day to running of the busy transport office.
Administering drivers holidays and hours.
Managing drivers CPC hours, licence checks, medical forms, eye tests etc and arranging training
Managing FORS training and audits
Managing vehicle 6 weekly PMI inspections to include brake tests, tyre and body.
Sourcing parts and arranging repairs
Compiling daily and monthly reports from Tachomaster and Predrive
Ensuring all data is accurate and updated on all relevant systems.
Investigating and problem solving.
Requirements for the Compliance / Transport Administrator
Previous experience working in a transport department would be preferred but not essential.
IT Literate.
Excellent attention to detail.
Driven and self-motivated.
Proactive problem-solving capability.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Able to work to deadlines and meet targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
