Had a Busy week so far, been some wonderful places and the scenery has been amazing.

Bumped into an old pal Gregor Stephen Clark on day 5 of his journey cycling with his brother and cousin from John O Groats to Gretna to raise money for MND

Been a busy return after our break away,

Right back into action on Thursday helping out the team at Harviestoun Brewery with some deliveries seeing the sights of Scotland, Loch Lomond, Bridge of Orchy and the north east 😎

A Wee evening excursion to help out Chris Beetham Strongman pick up some atlas stones.

100kg,120kg,140kg & 160kg!!!! It was a pleasure watching him lift them 😂 (I’d have no chance)

Also got a tour of the facilities at Dodge City Strength and even had a go at the log press 😂
