Go Massif - Airport Transfers

Winter season 25/26 has kicked off this weekend in the Grand Massif and we have been busy transporting our first passengers up to resort.

This winter, Geneva airport is starting to operate the European 'Entry/Exit System' (EES). This is a new IT system that regulates the 90-day stay limit for third-country (ie non-EU) nationals. All non-EU passenger arrivals must register at the EES terminals (if they are operating) while passing through passport control.

At this early stage, we are not seeing any delays to passenger arrivals as a result. However, as the airport gets busier in the next few weeks, there is potential for substantial delays as this new system is implemented.

If we see significant ongoing disruption occurring to passenger arrivals, we will contact customers with existing bookings to let them know what to expect. For now we are simply monitoring the situation.

Let's hope it is not too stressful a situation for everyone. Ideally the only thing that drives you round the bend this winter will be one of our drivers!

Les tarifs et réservations pour la saison d'hiver à venir sont désormais disponibles sur le site internet de Go Massif www.gomassif.fr

Des transferts partagés seront disponibles cet hiver, ainsi que des services privés.

Malheureusement, les transferts ne seront plus disponibles les mercredis en 2023. Les réglementations imposées aux entreprises de transport françaises par le canton de Genève ont limité le nombre de jours que nous pouvons opérer.

De plus, la dernière heure d'arrivée du vol pour les transferts aéroport-station est à 21h05. Pour les transferts station-aéroport, l'heure de départ du vol au plus tôt est à 09h30. Nous avons apporté ces modifications afin de maintenir nos services fiables avec le nombre limité d'employés disponibles.

Nous avons hâte de tous vous voir sur la route cet hiver!

Prices and reservations for the coming winter season are now available on the Go Massif website www.gomassif.com

Shared transfers will be available this winter, along with private services.

Unfortunately, transfers will no longer be available on Wednesdays in 2023. Regulations being imposed upon French transport companies by the canton of Geneva have limited the number of days we are able to operate.

Also, the latest flight arrival time for airport-to-resort transfers will be 21:05. For resort-to-airport transfers, the earliest flight departure time will be 09:30. We have made these changes in order to maintain our reliable daytime services with the limited number of staff available.

Un grand merci pour votre soutien cet hiver de la part de tout le monde ici à Go Massif.

Grâce à votre aide et à notre fantastique équipe de chauffeurs, nous avons pu maintenir nos services de transport.

Cet été, nous continuerons à proposer des transferts privés (à partir du 24 juin),

Et pour l'hiver 22/23, nous visons à redémarrer un service SHARED amélioré. Les réservations pour l'hiver prochain seront possibles à partir de début septembre.

Huge thanks for your support this winter from everyone here at Go Massif.

With your help and our fantastic team of drivers, we've been able to keep things on the road.

This summer we will will be continuing to offer private transfers (24th June onwards).

And for winter '22/'23 we are aiming to restart an improved SHARED service. Bookings for next winter will be possible from early September.

Good news! We are restarting transfer services between Geneva and the Grand Massif.

For now, we will only be providing private transfers and availability will be limited. Please use the website https://gomassif.com to make a booking.

We are busy sourcing more drivers and vehicles to provide the best service possible.

We're very sorry to announce that Go Massif are closing for this winter.

The travel restrictions imposed by various governments have made it impossible to operate a reliable and cost-effective service.

Any existing confirmed booking will be honoured (or cancelled with a full refund).

Many apologies for any inconvenience caused.
