🚚 Finally at Site! 🏗️

After a long and meticulous preparation phase, influenced by local circumstances, the first MAN Energy Solutions engine has arrived at the Grange Castle site in Dublin, Ireland.

We initially supported this process as external transport consultants and are now serving as warranty surveyors for the transport insurance.

Congratulations to all parties involved for achieving this significant milestone! 👏

Tunnel boring machine from Spain to Poland!

Recently we have been working for DB Schenker to assist for technical matters during the shipping process from Spain to Poland. Our philosophy is "hands on" meaning we do at site whatever is possible to help and give advice how to safely handle and transport your cargo. We are expierenced in technical advisory for heavy cargo handling and road transportation - with realistic expectations.

As easy as that....swept path simulations (Schleppkurven) - fully digital, fast and easy to share.

In case you do not want to spend hours/days with the preparation of swept paths we will help you. All kind of transport configurations are possible, fully based on Google Earth - and in case you want to be more precise, we prepare drone images and you can see all details (with new footage).

All simulations are cloud based and can be shared by link with you/and your client. Of course beside Google Earth and drone images we can also use CAD based drawings for simulation purposes.

We supported cargo lashing & securing advice, provided adequate material or guided through the other difficulites of heavy cargo transportation.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Abfahrtkontrollen (100t Gutachten) gem. StVO VwV 127/128
- Warranty Surveys von Umschlägen, Transporten, Fundamentstellungen
- Transport Engineering in-house, z.B. Beratung, Berechnung, Ladungssicherung, Kran- und Hebepläne, Lastverteilung, Kippsicherheit, Method Statements etc.
- Transport Engineering außer Haus, z.B. Streckenstudien, Baustellenbesichtigungen etc.
- Erstellung von Zeichnungen im Bereich Transport, Kran, Montage, Verschiffung
- Technische Unterstützung für das anhängende Unternehmen Ferdinand Gees GmbH & Co.KG
- Allgemeine Schadengutachten im Bereich Waren/Güter sowie KFZ
- Kundenbetreuung und Akquise

Ihre Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik / Maschinenbau / Bau
- Erfahrung im Transportwesen - Bereich Großraum- und Schwertransport sowie Industriemontage, Kranarbeiten, Schiffsumschlag, RoRo etc.
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office Produkten sowie Google Maps/Earth und verschiedenen CAD Systemen
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort/Schrift, weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft
- Lösungsorientiertes und kreatives Herangehen an Aufgaben, Belastbarkeit
- Reisebereitschaft (nach Absprache, auch kurzfristig)
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit bzw. Aufenthaltserlaubnis

Driven by 2x 18 SPT axle lines combined with a girder bridge, this generator was successfully transported within Germany to a substation close to Ludwigsburg.

We have been appointed to carry out the survey during the operations up to placing on foundation.

Approx. 10-11% gradient plus an almost 90° turn were demanding - for the crew and the material.
