Hello : its me , no not from the other side , as yet.
Last month we crossed a threshold because of the on-going court case we passed the million Euro mark. I now have one million and twelve thousand Euro invested in this project.
Many of you have asked me why I chose to take this case against the powers that be.
And this is how the story goes
After the wall fall : No not the Berlin wall,although my Gutachter Herr Pfeifer is now he tells me working on what can only be described as the engineering fiasco of the century the new Berlin Airport.
Herr Pfeifer was sent by my Insurance company to access the damage and liability , he told me I would not receive any money from my Insurance company .
He was there on the same day the engineering Company the Landratsamt the Denkmalschutz and an un-known to me Minister of something or other.
Herr Pfeifer told me all of them were speaking badly of me and were blaming me for this whole fiasco.
But he said Mr.Grassick this was not your fault and I can prove it when you want me to make an independent Gutachten for you.
He introduced me to a lawyer who he described as one of the best in this field of litigation Herr Taphorn : On that day of our introductory meeting in the Offices of Dr.Schnetzer & Co in Bayreuth , I told her Taphorn if he was taking this case to make a pile of money out of me he could forget it as I did not have a bottomless pit of money.
His words were Mr Grassick you may have your money to lose , but I have my reputation to lose.
He said he would not take the case until he saw the Gutachters Report and that it should prove 80 % or more in my favour.
He took the case some months later after reading Herr Pfeifers in-dept and professionally presented Report.
We are now nearly four years down the road and after many court cases in Würzburg and now in the High courts of Bamberg we await the results of a court appointed Gutachter.

I have the chronicles covering the past three hundred years of Hammerschloss Röthenbach.
I have also kept detailed Records of my time there since 2007 and when the time comes I will publish all for everyone to enjoy the funny fantastic and sometimes ghoulish moments.
