Let’s start the week with fresh energy and a great project. 😉

After several preparations of the two special machineries, they are finally ready for their big day.

They are rented to a high-tech customer and will be used for special applications.
The 12-tonne forklift truck started with the extendable crane JIB and its 2000 mm forks. The 2.5-tonne electric crane, in its standard configuration, but with its own winch, should this be needed.

For one of our customers, we calibrated and adjusted a production line in Italy with our FARO® VANTAGE LASER TRACKER measurement device.

A technically challenging week, a precision project in which many working hours were invested, but as always, it was a great success!

Possible applications of 3D metrology:
1. setting and adjusting of machines, equipment and installations;
2. alignment and measurement of objects;
3. target-performance analysis of production lines;
4. stake-out & installation of machine alignment elements;
5. adjustment according to changed environment (production - final assembly / customer);
6. plant and building measurement;
7. measuring and adjustment of large parts, racks, plant components and welded assemblies.

Therefore, if you need to install a new production line, you know who the right company is to contact. We operate across many sectors and have specialised in the automotive, petrochemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

A thrilling start to the year for our fleet: 2 new Mercedes-Benz Actros L together with brand new trailers arrived at our plant in Dommershausen and Düsseldorf.🚛

We can definitely carry out our projects with more flexibility now, thanks to the tri-axle trucks which allows for better weight displacement and stability. The new dual-platforms, fully hydraulic ramps make it easy to load and unload any machinery! 🥳🔝
In addition, our custom-made tarps once again represent what we hold most dear: our equipment, our colours and our image. ✅

Let us wish our drivers safe and joy-filled journeys with these gorgeous .🥳🔝

Busy week in having a couple of setups.🔍

We finished this part of the with excellent results as well, thanks to our electric compact forklift ⛓🔋, equipped with 3 m fork extensions, and of course our 👨‍🔧.

For the second part of the project, there will be some heavier , but this is not a problem for Czulkowski Rental and Erich Czulkowski GmbH. 🏗
