Was für ein besonderer Abend! 🎶🥂🍾

Unser diesjähriges Jahresrückblicktreffen war wieder ein echtes Highlight. Gemeinsam konnten wir bei guten Gesprächen, großartiger Stimmung und unvergesslicher Momente auf unsere Erfolge anstoßen.

Umso mehr zeigt sich was ein Agrarflug und ein super Team ausmacht: Zusammenhalt, Engagement und Leidenschaft!

Ein ganz besonderer Programmpunkt war die Ehrung unserer Jubilare. So durften wir in diesem Jahr Andre für 10 Jahre, Alex für 15 Jahre, Lui für 15 Jahre, Senada für 15 Jahre, Markus für 35 Jahre und Hans für ganze 40 Jahre Betriebszugehörigkeit beglückwünschen.

🙏Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für eure langjährige Treue, euren Einsatz und eure wertvolle Arbeit. Ihr prägt unser Unternehmen maßgeblich und seid ein wichtiger Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte!

⏭️ Wir freuen uns sehr, zwei weitere – nun ehemalige – Auszubildende offiziell in unserem Team willkommen zu heißen.

⏭️ Björn und Noah haben ihre Abschlussprüfung im Ausbildungsberuf „Fluggerätmechaniker“ erfolgreich bestanden.

🚁 🐾 Training für den Ernstfall!

Gemeinsam mit der Rettungshundestaffel
Warendorf - Hamm e.V. durften wir auf unserem Flugplatz in Ahlen ein besonderes Einsatztraining durchführen.

Die Hunde und ihre Hundeführer/ innen hatten die Möglichkeit, den realen Ernstfall zu proben – inklusive Fluglärm, Rotorwind und ungewöhnlichen Situationen.

Solche Trainings sind enorm wichtig, damit die Teams im Notfall schnell, sicher und effektiv helfen können. Wir sind stolz, einen Beitrag zur wichtigen Arbeit der Rettungshundestaffel leisten zu dürfen. 💛

Wie kann man die jährliche europäische Fachkonferenz von Teutodefence Germany besser ins Rampenlicht rücken als mit einem Helikopter, einem SEK-Team, einem Polizei-Porsche und einem herausragenden Team vor und hinter der Kamera?

Agrarflug Helilift GmbH & Co. KG diente als Kulisse und gleichzeitig wurde unsere Bell 407 für den Imagefilm Dreh eingesetzt.

Schauspieler Erdogan Atalay und CEO Holger Veh von Teutodefence Germany zusammen mit Pilot M. Schrader in die Luft. Doch nicht etwa, um bei einem netten Rundflug über die Felder von Ahlen zu machen, sondern um bei offener Tür auf den Kufen des Helikopters stehend den Imagefilm für die Behördentage zu drehen.

What to do in case of an engine failure?

In this video we will show you, how the pilot lands the helicopter safely using autorotation (AR) despite an engine failure.
It is simulated that the engine fails (“flame out”) – the pilot reduces the engine speed to a minimum speed (idle) so that the engine does not stop, but it is not available for landing.
The rotor blades now continue to be driven by the air flowing through the rotor from bottom to top (reversal); the helicopter remains fully controllable and uses the autorotation.

The pilot flies a 180 degree turn and heads for the runway. Shortly before the touchdown, “the nose” is raised slightly (flare) depending on the prevailing wind conditions in order to reduce the speed – this causes the important increase in rotor speed, which can also be heard in the video.
After the “flare”, the machine is stopped by adjusting the main rotor blades (pitch) and the energy of the main rotor is used to break the sink rate. As a result, the rotor speed is reduced drastically, which can also be heard in the video (low rpm warning light/horn).
The helicopter “slides” a short distance on the runway; Depending on how the flare is set, it can also be touched down without slipping (run on landing).

Autorotation is the pilot’s life insurance. An important scenario and a common emergency procedure that the pilot must train several times a year (e.g., recurrent training) and also must carry out as part of a proficiency check.
