Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site recruitment intern based in Medellín who supports the HR team by handling administrative tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of recruitment activities, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with the logistics of the hiring process. This role is essential in ensuring an efficient, organized, and positive experience for both candidates and the hiring team.
You:
Great at thinking on your feet and identifying and solving problems proactively
Ongoing studies on Psychology, Business administration, or related careers in Administrative areas.
Office applications proficiency and gmail suites.
English level B2 or above. (perform English interviews)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Love to engage with people and exhibit top-notch active listening skills.
The position:
Collaborate with the HR department to coordinate Job posts to attract the best candidates and talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct individual prescreening to evaluate our candidates' interests, requirements, and personalities to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment pipeline.
Recruitment of different types of profiles for our USA-based clients.
Help with different human resources and back office activities.
