Our company has obtained the space for 43 tons 20HQ . It can be confirmed that as long as the documents is complete, the overweight system book space from the shipowner will not have any problem. The five shipping companies we have signed DG contracts with, COSCO, MSK, CMA, EMC, and ZIM, can all undertake the energy storage system. But it should be noted that the Allowable Stacking Load For 1.8G of the container must meet the requirement that over 192 tons!

Documents required for booking energy storage system space:
1. documents: MSDS, UN38.3, transport identification report
2. documents: Classification society certification (container certificate)
3. documents: MSDS, Transportation Certification, Hazard Classification and Identification Report

Currently, our company's DAP/DDU/DDP has determined that the countries where overweight energy storage system (35-45 tons) can be operated including but not limited:
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, United Arab Emirates
Australia: Australia, New Zealand

The documents required for energy storage system mainly includes:

1. Battery pack documents: MSDS, UN38.3, transportation identification report (Note: do not need syndrome of dangerous package)
2. Energy storage system documents: MSDS, transportation identification report, hazardous characteristics report,
3. Container document: Classification Society Certification (also named as Container Certificate)

Four important data of the container certificate:

1. Overall Dimensions
2. Maximum Operating Gross Mass
3. Allowable Stacking Load For 1.8G
4. Transverse Racking Test Force

The six major cases and solutions we have encountered so far in transportation energy storage systems for our customers are summarized as follows:

Freight solutions: special stacking locations can be arranged in coordination with the shipping company and shipped according to SOC and UN3536

The battery pack and energy storage system documents are complete, while the weight of the container is more than the maximum operating gross mass
Freight solutions: special stacking locations can be arranged in coordination with the shipping company and shipped according to SOC and UN3536

case 4
The battery pack and energy storage system documents are complete, while the container is a customized size, non-international standard size
Freight solutions: : shipped according to COC, frame container/flat container which also called as OOG freight solution

case 5
Have battery pack documents but no container certificate
Freight solutions: : the battery pack and container are transported separately.
Battery packs are shipped according to COC and UN3480, and the container is transported according to frame container or flat container (OOG)

case 6
6. Oversized, overweight or over-height container
Freight solutions: can be transported by split lifting, load on the top deck, or shipped by bulk cargo ship (BBK)
