From talent to leadership.

20 young talents from 15 countries across Asia, Europe and North Africa are taking part in the Talent Management Programme 2026 (TMP), organised by the TransInvest Group.

The participants come from various companies across the Group – more than half of them from Militzer & Münch. The programme combines academic learning, practical project work, mentoring and international networking to prepare the next generation of leaders for their future roles.

This year, the TMP also puts a stronger focus on lateral leadership and a deeper understanding of the Group and its companies.

After the first session in St. Gallen, the participants are now looking forward to the second in-person session in Istanbul this September.
