It was great to be part of the Grow Your Future Agricultural Career Fair that took place right here in Woodstock! As a local employer, we were happy to chat with students exploring careers in agriculture, skilled trades, and transportation. The students were really engaged and asked some great questions about how milk makes its way from cow to carton! 🐄🥛

Oxford Milkway has over 60 years of experience and is one of the largest and most trusted milk haulers in the region. We offer stable, year-round work in a safety-focused environment where drivers build long-term careers.

What You’ll Do:

☑️Grade and assess raw milk at pick-up
☑️Operate AZ commercial vehicles (manual 18-speed)
☑️Follow all safety and milk handling regulations
☑️Complete records and report quality concerns
☑️Work rotating shifts, including weekends (365-day operation)

What You Bring:

☑️Valid AZ licence (required)
☑️Minimum 3 years AZ driving experience (required)
☑️Manual 18-speed experience (required)
☑️Clean CVOR & Driver Abstract (required with application)
☑️Letter of Experience from Insurance

Pay & Benefits:

$33.65/hour (most routes are based on a flat day rate)
