ROUTE 2 SUMMER BEACH BUS EXPRESS☀️

Offering 4 trips every Saturday and Sunday begining Saturday, June 27 to Sunday, September 6, the Route 2 Beach Bus travels between London Transit Stop #705 on Fanshawe Rd. E. to Exeter (Walper St. @ McDonald's) and Grand Bend (Sobeys Plaza).

It's easy and affordable to get to the beach!

✅ Fares from London to Grand Bend: $12 one-way ($24 return)
✅ Fares from Exeter to Grand Bend: $6 one-way ($12 return)

REMINDER: During the Lambton Film & Food Festival from May 28 to 31, the ROUTE 1 BUS will stop at all Forest bus stops, but will take a detour around King St W using Washington St N and Jefferson St W.

ROUTE 1 - FOREST DETOUR: During the Lambton Film & Food Festival from May 28 to 31, the bus will stop at all Forest bus stops, but will take a detour around King St W using Washington St N and Jefferson St W.

FIRE IN GRAND BEND - ROUTE 1 DETOUR: Due to a fire at Rona in Grand Bend, the Route 1 bus will detour as necessary to reach Sobeys Plaza. All Grand Bend passengers - use the Sobeys Plaza bus stop. No others will be serviced!

Expect some delay on Route 2

Please be advised about the following road updates in Dashwood:

Urban reconstruction on County Road 83 (Dashwood Road) is taking place from May 15th - 30th, 2026. Please be aware of the alternating traffic.

This update has no impact to emergency access.

Please be advised of the width restrictions of 4.1 meters.

The alternating traffic will effect Dashwood Road (411 meters east of Lane Street) to Dashwood Main Street, to 186 meters west of Helen Street.

VICTORIA DAY WEEKEND: All buses will be running the regular schedule throughout the weekend including the Holiday Monday.

ROUTE 1 EXPRESS BUS: Starting this Saturday and Sunday, the Route 1 Express Bus will run morning and evening trips. Well actually when we say bus we mean VAN.
